- To provide, maintain, and improve the Opulence Operate platform and its AI-powered transaction coordination features.
- To process and manage real estate transactions, including automated compliance checks, deadline tracking, and document management.
- To send transactional notifications via your connected communication channels (email, SMS, Slack, Teams).

AI & Automated Processing
- Opulence Operate uses artificial intelligence agents to assist with transaction coordination, compliance verification, document preparation, and deadline management.
- AI-generated recommendations and actions are always subject to broker review and approval before execution. No binding actions are taken without human authorization.
- We use Anthropic's Claude AI models to power our agents. Transaction data sent to AI models is not used to train those models.
Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Integration credentials and API keys are stored with additional application-level encryption.
- We implement row-level security (RLS) in our database to ensure users can only access data for deals they participate in.
- We conduct regular security reviews and follow OWASP best practices for application security.
Third-Party Services
- We integrate with third-party services including Supabase (database), Stripe (billing), DocuSign (eSignature), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), and others.
- Each integration only receives the minimum data necessary to perform its function.
- When you connect your own accounts (e.g., Gmail, Slack, DocuSign), we store OAuth tokens securely and only use them to perform actions you authorize.
- You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your account settings.
Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years after deal completion to comply with real estate record-keeping requirements.
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
